Rebuilding First Responders Program
Service Population: First Responders, Military, Veterans, Families
Service Location: 73 Belmont Street, Lower Level, South Easton, MA 02375 (In-Person & Virtual)

Rebuilding First Responders Program is a specialized behavioral health program dedicated exclusively to first responders, veterans, and active military members. Our mission is to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed care in a confidential and clinically sophisticated environment that understands the unique occupational stressors, moral injuries, and cumulative trauma associated with service.
We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient levels of care designed specifically for this population. Our multidisciplinary team includes clinicians with first responder and military backgrounds, ensuring treatment is aligned with lived experience and professional culture. Services include group therapy, individual therapy, case management, medication management, and coordinated psychiatric care — all delivered within an exclusive, peer-based setting.
We are fully in-network with major insurance carriers, including WellSense, and are committed to removing financial barriers while maintaining one of the highest levels of outpatient behavioral health care available in New England. Our goal is not only stabilization, but long-term recovery, resilience, and restoration of identity and purpose.
