ELIGIBILITY & COVERED SERVICES
Who Qualifies. What's Covered.
Our Wellness Support Grants help eligible first responders, military members, and veterans access professional mental health care when financial barriers stand in the way.
Who Is Eligible?
Active and retired first responders, military members, and veterans who demonstrate financial need and provide verification of service.
Eligibility is reviewed through the grant application process.
What May Be Covered?
Individual and group therapy, medication management, and qualifying outpatient or inpatient treatment programs.
Services must meet program requirements and be provided by appropriately licensed professionals.
How Funding Works
Grant awards are subject to eligibility review and available funding. Approved payments are made directly to qualifying treatment providers or facilities.
