About the Event
Breaking Barriers Fundraiser
On March 22, 2026, we are proud to support Cornerstone Community Care and the Worcester Police Department for the Breaking Barriers Fundraiser at Free Play Bar & Arcade in Worcester, MA.
Cornerstone Community Care provides co-response and crisis intervention for the Worcester Police Department, offering behavioral health crisis services to community members in real time. They also offer outpatient treatment to their clients struggling with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral health issues. Additionally, Cornerstone Community Care provides much-needed specialized care to first responders, who often avoid mental health care due to cultural stigmas.
Why We Are Fundraising
We are raising funds to help Worcester community members overcome the practical obstacles that stand in the way of recovery. Proceeds will address social determinants of health, including:
