Tailgate & On‑Site Logistics

Review important on‑site logistics for tournament weekend, including arrival timelines, RV coordination, designated tailgate areas, and facility‑specific rules.

Facility Requirements & Parking Rules

Please be aware of New England Sports Center’s facility requirements:

 

All RVs must be parked in the upper dirt lot. Any RVs, campers, or sleeping tents found on pavement will be towed or removed by NESC at the owner’s expense.

Due to this regulation, RV parking spots will be assigned in advance and coordinated by our team.

BFit Heroes Cup Tailgate Zone

The Tailgate Zone is the designated on‑site area for RVs and campers throughout tournament weekend.

​

Due to space limitations and facility regulations, tailgate spots will be assigned in advance and prioritized based on team fundraising totals.


While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

RV Registration & Parking Passes

All RVs, campers, and overnight tailgate setups must be coordinated in advance and receive a Parking Pass to access the Tailgate Zone.

RVs without a confirmed Parking Pass will not be permitted to park in the RV lot.

Arrival & Setup Information

  • Earliest RV arrival: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (afternoon)

  • Arrival windows and instructions will be communicated after Parking Passes are issued

  • On‑site staff will assist with check‑in and placement upon arrival

RV Pump‑Out Services
RV pump‑out services are available on‑site Sunday morning only and must be arranged in advance.

Powerhouse Portable Restrooms (Recommended):​
 
Please be aware that First Class RVs charges a $100 fee if the RV is not pumped prior to pick-up.

Tailgate Setups & Additional Parking

Pop‑up tents and non‑RV tailgate setups are permitted in designated areas only:

​

  • Permitted in front of the facility and along the left side of the building

  • Not permitted on the right side of the building

  • Space is limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis

  • Teams planning pop‑up setups should plan to arrive early

 

Overflow parking will be available across the street at select times throughout the weekend.

Please follow all on‑site signage and staff instructions to ensure access routes and safety areas remain clear.
